      Design HTML pages

Desired Profile
      * Proven web site design experience
      * Strong working knowledge of Macromedia Dreamweaver,       Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and       Macromedia Flash.
      * Must be able to carry out Usability Analysis
      * Converting Layouts in HTML formats.
      * Designing Newsletters
      * Possess extensive knowledge and experience in graphic       * optimization skills, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, Javascript and CSS.
      * Must have expert HTML and CSS skills.
      * Must have Technical knowledge of file sizes, types, and color       formats.
      * Experience implementing and maintaining web content.
      * Keen eye for clean implementation and knowledge of website       design best practices.
      * Excellent attention to detail.
      * Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, team       based environment.
      * Ability to iterate quickly and synthesize feedback from multiple       sources.
      * Create images and interfaces for online use.
      * Implement standards compliancy and accessibility across all       online applications/websites.
      * Excellent communication skills
